Home-based I manage HE, 6th form Collages, FE Colleges, Special Colleges, Work Based Learning providers. I offer strategic and practical advice and support with their Information Learning (ILT) decision making. This involves site visits to various departments within the organisations, fact-finding consultations and providing support for their strategic aims and running focused Networking events such as the Moodle Fest and Moodle Takeaways.I support colleagues with their clients when requested with regards to Moodle implementation.
I managed the RSC-SE Moodle site (no longer available) for the team and provide Moodle Training at a cost to the regions accounts.Sparsholt College
Sparsholt College, in Winchester, is an FE Landbased College also offering some HE Courses.
Amongst other duties I established the Sparsholt Moodle (VLE), a Special requirements Moodle, Mahara (eportfolio), Vshare (Video streaming) and the Gallery Tool (photo database), ran and managed the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for Sparsholt College and project managed the creation and development of the online LBCNC resource sharing site (an earlier version of the current one). I was also responsible for staff engagement and the development of the learning technology for the college.
I developed and modified the theme, created the internal course and category structure, the navigation functionality and staff engagement solutions for their previous V1.9 Moodle. Since leaving they have outsourced their two moodles to Kidderminster College and to Webanywhere.

I helped develop an International Zoo keeper blended Learning course and also I was key in helping to deliver a Horticultural course with their entry into the Chelsea flower show where we won a Silver Gilt medal. Here I worked with a group of Horticulture Students supporting them developing a PowerPoint based presentation to be used on Win7 Touch screen PCs.Webanywhere Ltd
Webanywhere Ltd is a fast growing company operating in the cross-sector eLearning industries. Developing and providing products to the Academic sector (Primary, Secondary and FE/HE) and to the corporate sector. The products are a mixture of in-house developed and Open source applications such as Moodle, Mahara, Joomla and Drupal. They have offices in the UK, Poland and the US.
I was the principle sales support and on-site/remote trainer for the southern UK covering an area as far north as Nottingham for both academic and corporate clients. I was also a remote trainer for their international clients. Click here to view customer satisfaction survey responses.
